1. Competition Venue
The competition will be held at the premises of the Institut Nacional d’Educació Física de Catalunya in Barcelona.
Located in the heart of the Olympic Ring in Montjuïc, this university sports institute gathers outstanding facilities, heritage of the Olympic Games Barcelona’92.

2. Trainig Venue
CEM Reina Elisenda venue will be open for training the days before the competition.

Available places are limited, so it is necessary book it in advance. Those delegations that want to train must contact by e-mail to fce@esgrima.cat. Entry will not be possible without prior reservation.
The available timetable is from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm from Monday to Thursday.
Entry price: 25€/day for each delegation.
1. Transport between official hotel and competion venue
The participants on the World Cup will be a free bus service between Catalonia Barcelona Plaza hotel and competition venue.
The available timetable are the following:
FRIDAY 9th
- Catalonia Barcelona Plaza to competition venue: from 7.15 to 9.45h*
- Competition venue to Catalonia Barcelona Plaza: from 17.30 to 20.00h
* If during this day, there are moments of high demand, priority will be given to fencers according to the competition schedule to which they are assigned.
SATURDAY 10th
- Catalonia Barcelona Plaza to competition venue: from 7.15 to 9.45h
- Competition venue to Catalonia Barcelona Plaza: from 17.00 to 19.30h
SUNDAY 11th
- Catalonia Barcelona Plaza to competition venue: from 7.15 to 8.45h
- Competition venue to Catalonia Barcelona Plaza: from 10.30 to 11.10h
- Competition venue to Catalonia Barcelona Plaza: from 15.00 to 17.30h
There will be a trip every 20-30 minutes approximately.
2. Transport between airport and official hotel
ORGANIZATION SERVICE
We can offer a shuttle service for all delegations between the airport and official hotels. To use this transport it is necessary to book it in advance sending an e-mail with this request attached to fce@esgrima.cat before January, 26th.
Cost
- Fron 1 to 3 person (1 car) = 70€
- Fron 4 to 6 person (2 cars) = 140€
- Fron 7 to 9 person (3 car) = 210€
- Fron 10 to 15 person (1 bus) = 280€
- Fron 16 to 50 person (1 bus) = 345€
The service fee is per one-way journey, and must be paid at time of the entry fee for the competition.

1. Registration
Entries are to be made by the Internacional Fencing Federation website.
Please remember that the last day for entries is 7 days before de competition.
Entry fee for the individual competition = 60€
Entry fee for the team competition = 400€
2. Weapon control
As stated in article m.38 of FIE Material Regulations, equipment controlled will be:
- Epee (maximum 4)
- Mask (maximum 2)
- Bodywire (maximum 3)
- Glove (maximun 2)
Weapon control will be available at the Barcelona Catalonia Plaza Hotel on Thursday, 9th from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. (floor -1 room 1)
Also is going to be available at competition venue on friday 10th from 7:30h to 12:00h
3. Doping control
Doping control will be carried out by the official doctor in accordance with FIE regulations in both competition, individual and teams.
