After an exciting final that was decided by 14-13 in the last touch, Sera Song from Korea won the 45th “Trofeu Ciutat de Barcelona” against Marie-Florence Candassamy (FRA). The third positions on the podium went to Auriane Mallo (FRA) and Aizanat Murtazaev (RUS).
Before the final, Miquel Ojeda, president of the Catalan Fencing Federation, recalled the most significant competitions held in Catalonia during these hundred years (1922-2022) that are now being commemorated.
