As other FIE competitions held recently during COVID pandemic, the INTERNATIONAL CIUTAT DE BARCELONA World Cup Women’s Epee Fencing tournament will have no spectators on the venue, but the competition can be followed remotely with a very complete online information.

The health of all participants is a major concern of the organization team, RFEE and FIE. The latest FIE COVID protocols will be followed strictly during the competition and spectators will not be allowed. But this doesn’t mean that all fencing fans in all the World cannot follow their favorite fencer’s performance. Every strip will be networked and every touch will be published on the results website. And video images from the eight principal strips will be live-streamed just since the pools round.
